Priddy Faces

Priddy Faces is a medical spa serving the Glendale and Phoenix area, founded and led by Sam Priddy, a registered nurse since 2010 who trained at the National Laser Institute and holds certifications in neuromodulators, fillers, Sculptra, and Radiesse. The practice focuses on injectables including Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Daxxify, and Xeomin to relax facial muscles and soften wrinkles, alongside dermal fillers and microneedling to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Jennifer Ballesteros, FNP-C, ENP-C serves as medical director. The VIP membership, called Very Important Priddy, gives members an all-access pass to monthly treatments, plus 20 percent off retail products when joining and 10 percent for the remainder of the membership.
